Al-Walaa and Al-Baraa and spreading hatred
Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Salah Al-Hudhud
Hate speech cannot establish a human society dominated by mercy and compassion, and it is impossible for the Messenger – may God’s prayers and peace be upon him – sent by his Lord to be a mercy to the worlds, calling for hatred, hatred and enmity, and the Noble Qur’an announced this in clarity and clarity in his saying (And we only sent you A mercy to the worlds) (Al-Anbiya ‘/ 107) He did not exclude anyone, for he is a mercy for all creation, including human beings, jinn, animals, birds and all of creation, so the message of Islam was universal, and our Lord addressed him saying: (Al-Zukhruf / 88-89) Even though they do not believe, but – may God bless him and grant him peace – he commanded forgiveness for them, and the good saying.
The concept of loyalty and disavowal among those who say it :()
Loyalty: is the love and victory of God, His Messenger, Companions, and the believers.
Al-Bara ‘: It is hatred for those who go against God, His Messenger, the Companions and the believers, among the unbelievers, the polytheists, the hypocrites, the innovators and the immoral.
The status of loyalty and disavowal with them: It is one of the pillars of faith, and part of the meaning of martyrdom, which is the saying: (There is no god) from (there is no god but God) because its meaning is innocence from all that is worshiped besides God, and it is for them a condition of faith, as the Almighty said. You see that many of them assume those who disbelieve for the misfortune of what they themselves have presented to them that the wrath of God on them and in torment are eternal even if they believe in God and the Prophet and what has been revealed to him what they took as guardians, but many of them are adulterous) (Al-Ma’idah / 80). Ahmad narrated in his Musnad on the authority of Al-Baraa bin Azeb – may God be pleased with him – who said: The Messenger of God – may God bless him and grant him peace – said: (The bond of faith is love in God and hatred in God.) In the authentic hadith: (He who loves God and hates God, and gives to God and forbids God, has fulfilled faith) [provided by Abu Dawud]. They also have a reason to taste the sweetness of faith and the pleasure of certainty, when it came from him – may God’s prayers and peace be upon him – that he said: (Three Whoever finds them finds the sweetness of faith: that God and His Messenger be dearer to him than others, that he loves a person and loves him only for God, and that he hates to return to disbelief after God has saved him from it, just as he hates to be thrown into the fire) [Agreed upon].
It is for them the connection on which the Muslim community (but the believers are brothers) is based (Al-Hujurat 10/10), and by achieving it the mandate of God is attained, when Ibn Abbas – may God be pleased with them both – narrated: (He who loves in God and hates in God, and who is wali in God and ordinary in God. Then you will attain the mandate of God by that.) And they have that failure to fulfill this belief may enter into disbelief. The Almighty said: (And whoever takes over them from among you is among them) (Al-Ma’idah / 51)
And see some of their sayings that spread hatred: Sheikh Hamad bin Ateeq – may God have mercy on him – says: (As for opposing the infidels and the polytheists, know that God Almighty has enjoined this and affirmed his affirmation, and forbade their loyalties and stressed them, even that there is no evidence in the Book of God Almighty. More, and I do not explain from this ruling after the necessity of monotheism and the prohibition against it. ”And Ibn Taymiyyah said: (To attain the testimony that there is no god but God requires that he loves nothing but God, and hates only God, does not turn except to God, and is not hostile to God, and to love What God loves and hates what God hates) He also said: “Whoever believes that churches are the homes of God, and that God is worshiped in them, and that what the Jews and Christians do is worship to God and obedience to Him and His Messenger, or that he loves that or pleases Him or assists them in conquering them and establishing their religion, and that That is obedience or obedience, he is an infidel, and he also said in another place: “Whoever believes that visiting the dhimmah in their churches is a draw to God, then he is an apostate.” Then the great catastrophe contemplates the images of loyalty to the infidels: imitating them in clothing and speaking – residing in their country and not moving from Except for Muslim countries for the sake of fleeing the religion. Traveling to their countries for the purpose of excursion and self-pleasure. Taking them as lining and advisors. Recite their history, especially the date that expresses their rituals and feasts, such as the Gregorian date.
Naming them by their names, their participation in their festivals, helping them establish them, congratulating them on their occasion, or attending their residence – praising them and praising their civilization and civilization, and admiring their morals and skills without regard to their false beliefs and corrupt religion. Ask forgiveness for them and have mercy on them. As you can see, the matter is a call for hatred, and the isolation of Muslims from the world, and their treatment of the richest in life, and the reality of those who say this contradicts what they have mentioned, because they use all the products of non-Muslims, including clothing, medicine, cars and airplanes, and they travel to their countries, and they have inferred verses from the Qur’an inferred inferred, wasted. The other verses that all of us look at to a correct understanding. (You had a good situation in Abraham and those who were with him when they said to their people: We are innocence from you and from what you worship
Without God, we have atoned of you, and enmity and hatred appeared between us and ever.
{And ears of Allah and His Messenger to the people on the day of the Greater Pilgrimage that Allah is innocent of the infidels and His Messenger} (repentance / 3) (O ye who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians, some parents of some of you, it turns them that God does not guide the unjust people you see who in their hearts disease rushing them say we fear that it strikes God circle deeds come Bafatth or ordered from him Faisbhawwa what captured in themselves ruing} (table / 51-52) (O ye who believe! Take not my enemy and your enemy parents Tlqon them with affection} (Mumtahinah / 1 () The unbelievers do not take the faithful as guardians other than the believers, and whoever does that has nothing from God except that you are pious from them, and God Himself warns you … ((Al Imran / 28) (O you who believe, do not take a linen without you. Hatred appeared from their mouths, and what did not conceal their chests was greater …) (Al-Imran / 118) (“O you who believe, do not take Your father and your brothers are the guardians. If they prefer disbelief over faith, and those among you who take them in control of them, those of you are the wrongdoers ”(al-Tawbah 23) and it is clear that the prohibition is restricted, not absolute. “I do not find people who believe in Allah and the day Iwadon sharp Allah and His Messenger, even if they were their fathers, or their sons or their brothers or their clan those books in their hearts faith and supported them in the spirit of it and bring them into Gardens underneath which rivers flow may Allah be pleased with them and they with him those Hezbollah not to Hezbollah They are successful. ” It is clear and clear to Einain that the prohibition is restricted to opposing God and His Messenger and opposing them, and not to its release.
Correct understanding of the issue: None of the righteous predecessors nor of the four imams considered loyalty and barra to be among the pillars of faith, and because of the pillars of Islam, and the majority of the nation’s scholars unanimously agreed that the pillars of faith and Islam came in the authentic hadith: On the authority of Umar ibn al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him, he said: While we are with The Messenger of God, peace be upon him ? The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Islam is to bear witness that there is no god but God and that Muhammad is the Messenger of God, perform prayer, pay zakat, fast Ramadan, and perform pilgrimage to the house if you are able to do it.” He said you are right. Fjbna him, asking him and believe him! He said: Tell me about faith? He said: “That you believe in God, his angels, his books, and his messengers, and the Last Day, and believe in fate, both good and evil.” He said: “You are right.” He said: So tell me about charity? He said: “To worship God as if you see Him. If you do not see Him, then He will see you.” He said: Tell me about the Hour? He said: “What is responsible for her with more knowledge than the questioner?” He said: Tell me about her signs? He said: “That the slave-woman gives birth to her raising, and that she sees the barefoot, naked, barefoot, shepherds of mercy extending over the building!” Then he went and stayed for a while, then said: “Oh Omar, do you know who the questioner is?” I said Allah and His Messenger know best. He said: “For Gabriel has come to teach you your religion.” () And the hadith is clear and explicit in defining the pillars of Islam and faith. Abu Al-Hasan Al-Ash’ari said: “Faith is believing in the heavens, and as for saying with the tongue and acting on the pillars, it is its branches, so whoever is sincere in the heart, that is, acknowledges the oneness of God Almighty, and acknowledges the Messengers. As believing them in what they brought from God, his faith was correct, even if he died on him immediately, he was a believer who survived, and he does not leave the faith except by denying any of that. () Al-Baqlani said: “And to know that belief in God – the Almighty – is: believing in the heart. () There is no such thing in the science of monotheism as the doctrine of loyalty and disavowal, as it is one of the heart actions that are the effects of the doctrine of faith, and the behavioral manifestation of loyalty is victory and support, and the behavioral manifestation of al-Baraa is antagonism and lack of support. It is one of the effects of the doctrine of faith, for the believer who believes in God, his messengers, his books, and his angels, and the Last Day, and fate is both good and bad, that faith produces in his heart love, loyalty, inclination and victory for all believers in the truth, just as it bears in his heart innocence of beliefs and ideas that contradict what he believes in. And the behavioral manifestation of loyalty is victory and support, and the behavioral manifestation of innocence is hostility and non-support, and the manifestations of loyalty and innocence are evident when those who disbelieve your belief, faith and identity decide to oppress you and fight your homeland, for loyalty requires standing next to your country, your people and your identity, and innocence from the enemy who wants to destroy your identity, your security and your homeland. Therefore, loyalty and disavowal must always be evoked in the system of coexistence of a Muslim with others, so a Muslim must belong to Islam and maintain his Islamic identity without violating the principle of peaceful coexistence between people and this is loyalty, and innocence, which is for a Muslim to keep his beliefs not confused with what may be tainted by it. From suspicions and the like without entering into excommunication or assault on an infallible soul. The lack of loyalty to non-Muslims among the citizens and others who are not at war with Muslims in the sense of enmity against their people and harming them is contrary to the express texts of the Qur’an and Sunnah. The Muslim is enjoined to say the goodness to all people without separating. The Almighty said: “Say good to people [Al-Baqarah: 83], and the Almighty said:“ Indeed, God commands justice and kindness ”[An-Nahl: 90], just as God has not forbidden us from the righteousness of non-Muslims and their gifts and gifts from them and what is for them. Their; He says: )la God forbid those who have neither religion nor drive you out of your homes, justly and justly with them that God loves Almkstin( (Mumtahinah: 8) and problematic because of the definition of faith when the call themselves Salafi: is to believe in the heart, and the words of tongue and work Paljoarh, Faith increases by obedience and decreases by disobedience. The Almighty said: (And those who believe increase in faith …) And from here they disbelieve every sinner, and their origin is the Kharijites.
Second: Correct understanding of the verses that they cited as evidence: The Almighty’s saying (O those who believe, do not take my enemy and your enemy as guardians, receive them with affection and have disbelieved in what you have received from the truth. They bring forth the Messenger and you, that you believe in God, your Lord …) (Al-Muhtatahanah / 1) You must be guided. Because of the revelation in understanding the verse, this verse was revealed in the companion Hatib bin Abi Belatah, who wrote secretly to the enemies in Makkah informing them that the Messenger, may God Almighty bless him and grant him peace, was preparing for their war, and the Almighty revealed his command to the Messenger – may God bless him and grant him peace – so they arrested the woman carrying The message is to the people of Makkah, the enemies of the Messenger – may God bless him and grant him peace – and the enemies of the state, and the verse was revealed prohibiting the enemies from taking guardians, and this is a natural matter that no one can object to. Because it is consistent with human nature, and the natural relationship of people to one another, and with all peoples, and even in our time, whoever follows the enemy during war and transmits war secrets, commits a great crime. The reason for the revelation that we have summarized in all the books of the Imams of Tafsir and the books of As-Sahih and Sunan () is also necessary to be careful to understand the context of the verse of the surah. They despair of the Hereafter just as the infidels despaired of the owners of the graves.) (Al-Mumtahinah / 13) and the Surah intercede by saying – Almighty – (God does not forbid you from those who did not fight you in religion and did not expel you from your homes to be righteous and justify them. God loves those who are just. Religion and expelled you from your homes and demonstrated that you take them and whoever takes care of them, for those are the oppressors. ” (Al-Mumtahina 9/8) This context that regulates the relationship of a Muslim to others has made it necessary for peace and war to forbid loyalty to be the state of war, and that righteousness and installments are the state of peace. And he says (O ye who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians, some parents of some of you, it turns them that God does not guide the unjust people you see those in whose hearts is a disease hasten them say we fear that it strikes the circle deeds of God to come Bafatth or ordered from him Faisbhawwa on what They confided in themselves with regret. ”(Al-Ma’idah / 15-52) This verse was revealed in Abu Lababa and Al-Sadi said: It was revealed on a Sunday when the Muslims feared even some of them would be loyal to the Jews and the Christians, and it was said: It was revealed in the worship of Ibn al-Samit and Abdullah bin Abi bin Salul, and he was disavowed A worship of loyalty to the Jews and adhered to by Ibn Abi and he said: I fear that the circles will revolve () and it becomes clear from this that the verse was revealed in the war, and an obvious order is that it is not permissible to seek the help of the enemies and their loyalties in wars, and we are not protesting in that by saying: The lesson is in the general terms not regarding the reason, because we are We say the meaning of the verse about the impermissibility of continuity during wars, for what will come after that of the verses that call for righteousness with them and installments for them unless there is a war between us And between them. And His words – Almighty – (Do not take unbelievers as guardians other than the believers and whoever does that, for there is nothing from God except that you are pious of them and God Himself warns you …) (Al Imran / 28) The prohibition here is also a restricted prohibition (without the believers), that is: It is not permissible to take a non-Muslim guardian with the presence of a competent Muslim. Also, it is not permissible to understand these verses apart from other verses, otherwise the Qur’an is contradictory, for in many verses he called us to righteousness in contradiction and good treatment from that. Therefore, Islam’s call is based on tolerance and mercy. Here is an explanation: Islam called for righteousness for human beings except for those who We appeared as enmity as it came in my Testament (9, 8). The Qur’an indicated that the Messenger of God – may God’s prayers and peace be upon him – came by peace, not war, and that the pillar of Islam’s message of mercy to all humanity, and this is clearly evident in His words describing His Messenger defining the purpose of his message ( We have only sent you as a mercy to the worlds. ”(Al-Anbiya’s / 107) Islam is capable of confronting violence and extremism, as it cares about public peace, and calls for arguing with the People of the Book about what is better. He calls for not stirring up hatred and hatred. The Almighty said: (Do not insult those who invoke besides God and deny God an enemy without knowledge) (Al-An’am / 108) He also calls for good neighborliness and not to initiate evil. Islam does not bear hostility to other faiths, it condemns violence and terrorism, Because all people were created by God from one soul, and the difference in beliefs is of the nature of human beings, beliefs are to be followed and not bought, and there is no compulsion on beliefs, and the difference does not prevent cooperation or acquaintance.
